BelMedCare exists because the people we serve — visiting families, diplomatic delegations, patients arriving for treatment — share the same need: a single, discreet point of contact in Belgium who handles the decisions they should not have to make themselves.
We are not a referral agency. We do not take commissions from the hotels, hospitals or transport companies our work touches. Our standard is a written quote and a single concierge fee, in your language, before anything is booked.
Three services live under that standard: travel concierge for visitors, executive concierge for diplomatic and VIP missions, and medical concierge for international patients. The same desk handles all three because the discipline is the same — only the brief changes.

Discretion by default
No press, no photographs, no third-party mentions unless explicitly authorised. Files live on European servers and are destroyed on request.

Total transparency
Written quotes, fixed concierge fees, third-party costs invoiced at cost. We do not take commissions from hospitals, hotels or transport companies.

Multilingual by design
Every desk works in English, French and Arabic; several team members also work in Dutch. Conversations and contracts in the language you prefer.
