Travel Concierge — FAQ
Yes. Most of our travel guests share a brief by WhatsApp a week or two before arrival. We return a written itinerary, a confirmed apartment, a driver schedule and a contact card for the lead concierge.

A fixed concierge fee per package, plus passthrough costs (accommodation, transport, restaurants, etc.) invoiced at cost with no markup. You always see a written quote before anything is booked.
Routinely. Family stays are most of what we do — child seats in the car, paediatric introductions, halal/kosher catering, school-tour scheduling and daycare placement are part of the brief.
