Yes. You pay BelMedCare a fixed concierge fee, and the hospital invoices you directly for medical care. We never take commissions from hospitals.
Absolutely. We arrange family Schengen visas, family-friendly accommodation and cultural concierge for accompanying relatives.
Medical files are stored on European servers under GDPR, shared only with the treating hospital, and destroyed on request. You can ask for a written destruction confirmation at any time.
